Damn Fine Specialty Coffee
Since 2013, we’ve been on a mission to share the world’s greatest coffee with the world’s greatest humans. This mission has brought us to some pretty incredible moments and introduced us to some pretty incredible people.
As we celebrate 10 years of Will & Co, we want to say a massive thank you to all the legends who have been a part of our journey. Our birthday celebrations aren't just about us, they're also about all of you who have joined us along the way - from cafe owners to artists and everyday coffee lovers.
Over the coming weeks, we’ll be celebrating in a bunch of ways and we can't wait for you to be part of it. Whether you join us at our HQ Tasting Bar in Bondi, one of the cafes proudly pouring our blends or right here online, it's sure to be a damn good time. Keep an eye on this page as we'll continue to update it with details on the various celebrations and how you can get involved.
Until then, here’s a look back at some of the highlights of the first 10 years of our stellar journey, from Bondi to Western Australia and beyond. It’s been epic.

Highlights from the Past 10 Years
2013
Will & Co was born when three lifelong mates saw an opportunity to combine their love of Bondi with Sydney’s thriving cafe culture.
Our signature blend, Eight-O-Eight – named after the Roland TR-808 drum – came soon after, being the perfect blend to accompany early morning surfs and ocean dips.
Things started out small, collaborating with local artists and supplying coffee to friend’s cafes - including North Bondi’s Porch & Parlour, which still pours Eight-O-Eight today.
2014
A year into the game, we opened a secret(-ish) namesake cafe in Bondi, tucked in a lane between a backpackers' and surf shop. This was the OG HQ and a great time of testing new products and making memories with mates.
2015 - 2018
These were a busy few years of growth for Will & Co. We started to expand beyond our home state of New South Wales, partnering with like-minded cafes across the country. Many of these legends are still with us today, like Iron & Resin (Gold Coast), Mataya (Mandurah, WA), Deoro & Co (Vic), Wild Honey and Mr Cap (Canberra).
2018
We opened our first flagship cafe - a hole-in-the-wall espresso bar on George Street. Featuring art by long-standing mate WA-based illustrator Chris Nixon and damn good coffee, it brought a chilled slice of Bondi to the fast-paced CBD.
2016
After years of tweaking, cupping and sampling, we perfected an all-new blend, dubbed Three-Oh-Three. This blend was our first crafted specifically for black coffee lovers. It's also our most complex blend, lightly roasted to allow the uniqueness of each region to shine and pours daily at many of our partner cafes.
2019
The next year, we moved into our new Headquarters on the corner of Beach Road and Gould Street, a place for ocean lovers and coffee enthusiasts to call home.
Designed by leading hospitality architects Alexander & Co, it's a true reflection of the Will & Co DNA, featuring a simple coastal palette and artwork by Chris Nixon and Bondi local Steve Smith adorning the walls. We're also pretty proud to say our HQ has been featured in various books and publications, including Gastalen's 'Designing Coffee' and ABI Interior's piece covering the most beautiful coffee shops in AUS.
This year was also the beginning of our important partnerships with Transition Bondi and the Bondi Surf Club. Partnering with community organisations is a big part of who we are.
2020
In 2020 we collaborated with killer local businesses Bondi Beer (remember that Coffee Porter?), and Splendid Wren - the creatives behind our bespoke line of crockery, made using traditional hand-building techniques from a range of stoneware clays.
2021
We launched a bunch of new coffee products including two new blends, Natural (a real crowd pleaser) and Goofy (guaranteed to put a pep in your step), a line of five Nespresso*-compatible pods (allowing people to enjoy Will & Co at the to
2022
We’d always planned for our HQ to be a hybrid space featuring a tasting bar for the public to enjoy, and this is the year we made it happen. Our HQ Tasting Bar in Bondi is the heart of who we are – and what we do best. Learn more about it here.
2023
This year started off strong with the opening of our third flagship cafe in the heart of Brisbane’s QueensPlaza. A little later in the year, we were stoked to unveil our all-new specialty coffee concentrate to help more Aussies up their brewing game and make at-home espresso maritinis even easier.
2022 - 2023
And the partnerships kept on coming. We signed on as a sponsor of North Bondi Surf Club (now we have the entire beach covered) and became friends of OneWave - a non-profit, mental health surf community founded right here in Bondi. Earlier this year, OneWave also celebrated their 10th birthday and we had a blast fueling everyone with coffees on the day.

Amman Accommodation: Kempinski Hotel
To be honest, I wasn’t expecting such a nice hotel to be part of a tour. Kempinski Hotel was in a great location in Amman’s central business district, the service was outstanding, and the rooms were very comfortable with the biggest and best pillows I’ve ever had. The bathroom towels were gigantic and just as luxurious as the fluffy robe. I couldn’t have wished for a more comfortable bed for the 13 hour sleep I had on my first evening - after 30 hours without it.
Spending 15 minutes each day in the complimentary steam and sauna room in the Spa helped me recover from jet lag. The buffet breakfast and dinners were also delicious and full of Jordanian food. Hotel breakfast and dinner buffets are included in the Globus tour. There are local restaurants within walking distance to the hotel if you want to eat out. You will love having 5 Star accommodation at affordable prices on your Escape by Globus tours.
Return After A Long Week Of Memories
What you do on this final day of your Jordan tour depends on what time you are flying out. Globus will transfer you directly to Amman airport from the Movenpick Resort and Spa.
Hot Tip: My flight was early morning, so I left the resort about 10pm. Had I known how great the Dead Sea Resort and Spa was, I would have delayed my flight until the following day and stayed an extra night and morning.
