Will & Co is an Australian specialty coffee roaster born in Bondi and on an eternal quest to share the world's greatest coffees with the world’s greatest humans.
OUR JOURNEY BEGAN IN 2013
Will & Co started in 2013 when three lifelong mates set out to combine two of the best things Australia has to offer – its coastal lifestyle and thriving cafe culture.
THEY SET OUT TO CREATE THE PERFECT BLEND TO ACCOMPANY THEIR EARLY MORNING SURFS
A finely balanced cup with perfect sweetness and a silky smooth finish. They dubbed it “808”, after the Roland TR-808 electronic drum machine that revolutionised hip-hop music in the 80s. Things started off small, supplying 808 to friend’s cafes like North Bondi’s Porch & Parlour (still pouring 808 today) and collaborating with local artists (still a massive passion of ours) capturing the craft and the artisan cultural movement happening across Australia at the time.
A YEAR OR SO LATER...
They put some skin in the game and opened their first pop-up cafe above a surf store on Bondi’s Hall Street which was created to bring the local community together over A-grade specialty coffee. The laid-back space was an artistic haven, fusing coffee, coastal lifestyle and art, and quickly became a hangout for locals and the buzz around 808 grew.
NEW PALS & PARTNERS
Soon after, as people started to seek out Will & Co the boys started supplying more and more cafes across Australia. Eventually they started working with some bigger partners, launched an espresso bar on George St in Sydney and eventually launched a new Headquarters on the corner of Gould St & Beach Road, Bondi.

Over the years, we’ve welcomed new friends to the team and these days, we feel incredibly fortunate to now deliver our original dream to thousands of people all over Australia. These people – the “& Co'' part of our name – are a big part of Will & Co’s story and we love that fact we can be a part of yours. From your morning coffee ritual, road trips with mates or campsite brews, we’re stoked to be there.

THE TEAM BEHIND WILL & CO IS SMALL BUT MIGHTLY.
Along with Ro, Sam and Rich who founded the brand, here are a few key people that keep the wheels turning:
Buddies Josh and Anthony are in the driver’s seat. Will & Co’s ethos is built on their mateship and their friendship with their cafe partners.
Their mate Leigh is the head honcho of roasting and there’s a bunch of other talented superstars behind the scenes supporting the team.
A BUNCH OF AUSTRALIAN ARTISTS ARE INVOLVED TOO
Will & Co is just as much about creativity, style and promoting local talent as it is about coffee. A long-time friend and artist-in-residence is the extremely talented Chris Nixon, whose artwork is splashed across Will & Co’s Bondi HQ and gear. Bondi local artist Steve Smith has also been on board since the get-go.
That’s the “Will” part. The “& Co” is you guys – the legends that use and drink our coffee.
