Whether you’re a coffee connoisseur or a rookie when it comes to home brewing, our all-new specialty coffee concentrate will help you up your brewing game - and will quickly become your new best mate. Here’s everything you need to know to make the perfect iced coffee or caffeinated cocktail at home.
What is Specialty Coffee Concentrate?
Coffee concentrate is exactly what it sounds like - a concentrated form of coffee. It has a similar strength to espresso shots and is brewed nice and slow to capture the robust flavour of the beans. This brewing process allows it to have a longer shelf life - left unopened, your bottle will stay mighty fine for 18 months, though make sure to store in the fridge and use within 14 days once opened.
Each bottle is 375ml of liquid gold, equivalent to 12 espresso shots. She’s a top-notch, meticulously crafted blend of two specialty beans from Brazil and Guatemala, modelled off our signature blend, Eight-O-Eight.
In other words, we’ve done the hard part for you, so you can enjoy the goodness of specialty coffee at home without any equipment and minimal clean up. We’d call that a win.
How do I use it?
Will & Co’s Speciality Coffee Concentrate can be used to make all your favourite iced-coffee bevvies, including iced lattes, iced mochas or iced long blacks. Simply mix the coffee concentrate, a little ice, your preferred choice of milk (or water), and voila.
It’s great for homemade cocktails too, like Espresso Martinis, Irish Coffees and White Russians. Simply mix, shake and stir the coffee with whatever spirits, liqueurs or mixers you’re in the mood for (in responsible quantities, of course), and enjoy. It’s easy as pie. Speaking of pie, let your creativity run wild and try your hand at crafting a delicious coffee-flavoured dessert. Did someone say tiramisu…
