Our journey began in 2013 when three best mates set out to create the perfect blend to accompany their early morning surfs, and Eight-O-Eight was born. Behind every cup of Will & Co, there’s a group of self-confessed coffee geeks looking to perfect the art of every roast. We take that mantra pretty seriously, which means we scour the globe to source the world’s finest coffee beans. Each batch of green beans is sampled before and after it arrives, and if the coffee passes the test, it’s on to roasting.
