Made with our specialty cold brew coffee concentrate and a splash of ginger beer, this cold brew mule recipe is refreshing & crisp, perfectly met with a juicy squeeze of fresh lime. She’s a top choice on a warm summer's day.
Ingredients:
- 60mL of coffee concentrate
- 80mL of ginger beer
- Fresh lime juice to taste
Steps:
- Add ice to a cup or glass of your choice
- Add the chilled ginger beer
- Pour the coffee concentrate over the top
- Add a squeeze of fresh lime to taste
- Stir, sip & relax
Brew Tip:
Not everyone is crazy about grapefruit, but if you dabble, try exchanging the lime juice for some grapefruit juice. It gives this bevvy a tasty tart twist (say that three times fast).
