WILL & CO FREE COFFEE FOR A YEAR GIVEAWAY 2024 - TERMS & CONDITIONS 

The Entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Terms and Conditions and that entry into the competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Promoter: Cantarella Bros Pty Ltd ABN 68 000 095 607 trading as Will&Co Coffee. Phone – (02) 9748 0299.

2. Promotional Period: The competition will run from 1:00pm AEST on Monday, 23 September 2024 until 11:59pm AEST on Monday, 21 October 2024.

3. Eligible Entrants: Entry is open to Australian residents only who are 18 years and over. Directors, management, employees, officers, contractors, and their immediate families of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. "Immediate family members" means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

4. How to Enter: To enter the competition, an Entrant must, during the Promotional Period, make a purchase of any amount via the Promoter’s website at willandco.com.au. The Entrant will be required to provide their full name, email address and telephone number when making the purchase.

5. Entries Permitted: An Entrant can enter multiple times.
   
   The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all Entries and reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant or the Entry that is not in accordance with or in compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Winning Entry will be checked for compliance with the entry conditions.

6. Prize(s): The first five (5) valid Entries drawn will win a choice of one (1) of the following prizes:
   
   
1. (1) 12-Month Will & Co Coffee Bean Subscription: 1 kilogram of Will & Co coffee beans (excluding any single origin coffee beans) delivered per month for 12 months (max 12kg); or
2. (1) 12-Month Will & Co Ground Coffee Subscription: 4 packs - 250 grams each - of Will & Co ground coffee delivered per month for 12 months (max 12kg); or
   
3. (1) 12-Month Will & Co Coffee Pod Subscription: 6 boxes of Will & Co Nespresso* Compatible Pods, 10 pods per box, delivered per month for 12 months (max 72 boxes)

7. Game of Chance: This is a game of chance where entries will be chosen completely at random. 

8. Draw Date: The winning entries will be drawn by the Promoter at 12:00pm AEST on Wednesday, 23 October 2024 (Draw Date) at Portobello PR – Suite 2, 246 Oxford Street, Paddington NSW 2021

9. Winner Notification: The winners will be notified via email by close of business on the Draw Date and announced on the Promoter’s website at willandco.com.au.

10. Prize Claim Date: Winners must confirm acceptance of the prize by 12:00pm AEST on Wednesday, 6 November 2024 (Prize Claim Date). If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date, those winners are deemed to have forfeited their prize and a redraw for those prizes will be conducted on 1:00pm AEST on Wednesday, 6 November 2024. The replacement winner(s) will be notified in writing by email on the same day by close of business. No compensation will be given to the original winner(s).
    
    If a redraw is required, the Promoter will publish the winner on the Promoter’s website on the same day of the redraw. The redraw winner will have until 1:00pm AEDT on 20 November 2024 to confirm acceptance of the prize.

11. Prize Delivery: The Prize will be delivered to the winners in 12 separate monthly deliveries, with the first month’s delivery to be posted out to the winners within one month of the draw date, no later than Friday, 22 November 2023. Afterwards, the Promoter will post out each prize monthly. Timing of the delivery is subject to Australia Post delivery times and service updates.

12. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

13. On accepting the Prize, the winner agrees the Promoter will publish the winner’s first name, surname initial and postcode on the Promoter’s website. It is a condition of entry that the Promoter has the right to publicise, broadcast and communicate to the public the names, characters, likenesses, or voices of entrants for any promotion or matter incidental to the competition. All Entrants accept and permit the use of this information on any medium. Entrants’ information will be collected, held, used and disclosed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available here. 

14. If this competition is not viable or able to be conducted as originally anticipated due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion alter, suspend, or cancel the competition as deemed reasonably appropriate. In the unlikely event of this occurring, a notice will be posted on the Promoter’s website.

15. Entrants agree that by entering this competition and providing their email address to the Promoter, they consent to receiving marketing communications from the Promoter. Entrants can unsubscribe from receiving marketing communication by contacting the Promoter on (02) 9748 0299 or by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the marketing communication.

16. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Facebook. By entering, Entrants release Instagram and Facebook of responsibility, and agree to Instagram and Facebook’s terms of use.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions or to modify, suspend, terminate or reschedule the Promotion.
