How to Make Will & Co’s Signature Oat Milk Cold Brew at Home
on Feb 09, 2024
Recently, we shared our cold brew coffee recipe. Now we’re back with another summer sipper – our crowd favourite cold brew with oat milk recipe.
Some of you may have tried this bad boy at our HQ Tasting Bar in Bondi, where it’s poured on tap, but we’ve got great news for the rest of you: it’s super easy to recreate at home.
As the name implies, oat milk cold brew uses cold brew coffee as the base, which gives it a smoother and more nuanced flavour profile than a regular iced latte. The oat milk provides unmatched creaminess, while a touch of maple syrup and dash of cinnamon brings perfectly balanced sweetness and subtle spice.
Poured over ice, it’s a dangerously tasty and seriously easy-to-make bevvy that’s perfect for the warmer months. In fact, we reckon this is the ultimate summer sweet treat.
If you're short on time, you can substitute the cold brew for our specialty coffee concentrate. Just follow the recipe laid out here.

Top Tips for Making a Ten-Out-of-Ten Oat Milk Cold Brew
For the tastiest results, homemade cold brew is your best bet. But don’t stress if you’re short on time – pre-made cold brew will do the job.
You can batch make this recipe but be sure to enjoy within five days while the oat milk is still fresh. To keep your oat milk cold brew in primo condition, store it in an airtight jar in the fridge.
The beauty of this brew is that it can be tailored to suit every coffee lover’s preference. If you prefer a stronger coffee taste, sub some of the oat milk for cold brew. And for those who have a bit of a sweet tooth, try or a double dose of maple syrup.
